Use a CRAFT heat gun to help release the adhesive from your surface before you start to peel the tape. Make sure the heat gun stays below 450 degrees F (232 C), or you’ll set your paper on fire.

Use ivory sheet or cold pressed watercolour paper which Deepak use

Just apply a thick layer of white oil pastels to the paper first, underneath the tape. It’ll solve your problem.
