Thanks for watching ☺️. I use dry shampoo to sometimes take the shine down if the Fibers are too shiny for my liking, but I'm cautious about how much I spray on it, because sometimes it dulls the fibers too much. I hope this helps and thanks for watching ☺️.

Hello 👋 and thanks for watching. She's synthetic, but the company says she's heat safe up to 400 degrees, but I always start out on the lowest setting and go up a little if I need to. I kept her because I like the style and multiple ways to wear her. Hope this helps.😁
