My familys an apart of the migration to New Sweden in Texas. I’ve been looking into doing some of the recipies from that time and bringing myself closer to my ancestors. Do you know/have you done any regional recipies from Småland, or even Bakeryd possibly?

I can't find falukorv in Thailand. Does it have any unique traits when compared to regular sausages?

I think there is a guy in Hua hin starts makes it, try googling swedish food Thailand 🙂 You can try with a regular sausage also, just a plain one, not a salsicia or something like that. Good luck!

No it's not just pork. Falukorv has both pork and beef.

Korv = Sausage Stroganoff or Stroganoff Sausage. There's also Beef Stroganoff.
