STIR FRIED GLASS NOODLES WITH EGGS (WOONSEN PAD KAI/ PAD WOONSEN)

Do you like glass noodles? This is our favorite dish at home. We sometimes serve it with rice as a side dish or enjoy as it is. Either way it is one of the simple and delicious dishes to try making at home. We hope you give this dish a try.
Ingredients: 1 - 2 Servings
200g Soaked glass noodles
5 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
100g Cabbage
20g Carrot, julienned
50g Wood ear mushroom, cut into bite-sized pieces
10g Spring onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
10g Chinese celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Stir-fry sauce
4 Tbsp. Water
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 Eggs
