I always send gifts to my crush in spite of not knowing me. I slept the whole afternoon yesterday despite having fully schedule to study. I dropped out from my company in spite of/ despite the fact that I get a lot of contributions. Although he has girlfriend, I cannot stop crush on him. I study english by watching your videos even though I take grammar class from my country. Even if my crush doesn't like me, I will keep sending presents to him. We can't study consistently every day. But we even know that is good habit. My office has so many strict rule even so I always try to take a nap for a while.

Nope. “Even then” is similar, but refers the the time / time frame that has just been mentioned. Eg. I read the instruction manual for four hours and even then I couldn’t understand how it worked.
