Interesting n totally new stitch for a very seasoned crocheter!!! I love it!! Thick but only have to crochet 1 !!!! I make a lot of gift sets, including towels I buy from dollar stores, wash cloths, pot holders, and of course, scrubbies!!! Always such a huge hit, for women, AND men!! Great tutorial

You’re very welcome! The scrubby yarn can be intimidating at first because of the texture, but working with it alongside cotton makes it so much easier :)

Do you have to use cotton yarn with the scrubby or can you use 2 strands off scrubby?
@RichTexturesCrochet4 жыл бұрын
You can use two strands of scrubby of youd like - it may make it slightly smaller but you can add a couple of stitches
@kassandragalarza64983 жыл бұрын
Does it have to be cotton yarn or can I use acrylic yarn? I experimented with acrylic because I couldn't find my stitches and it came out nicely
@RichTexturesCrochet3 жыл бұрын
You could try with a acrylic - cotton tends to absorb better and hold up better when used for washcloths and hot pads
@kaytorrence88704 жыл бұрын
I just watched and am excited to try do you find it easier to use a white cotton yarn with a scrubby yarn so you can see the loops better ? I am kind of struggling
@RichTexturesCrochet4 жыл бұрын
The white does make it easier, or you could try another lighter colour - yellow or a light blue as well :)
