I have just pulled the trigger and ordered a Gen3 of this tablet. I have read below from one or two posters that the tablet is slow and clunky, but I accept that this is a cheap low end tablet and hope that it is quick enough to suit my user needs. I didn't find any move to sd feature for apps but with heavy apps like Spotify, KZbin music ect you can move your music to the SD card.

Mine has updated itself to android 13 and now you can't get rid of quick launch icons on home screen or in some other programs. You are stuck with a Mac style menus bar at the bottom. It has ruined its functionality for me. Is there a way to revert to android 12 ?

As you've done several extensive videos on Lenovo Tab M10, I was wondering if you bumped into a battery draining issue? I bought a Lenovo Tab M10 Plus 3rd Gen last week, and initially I was really happy with the way everything worked. Videos looked just like I needed it, sound was pretty good, and the best was that after playing around with it for a day I had run through maybe 10% of battery life. I had been asked if I wanted to install Android update, which I did, and then I left the tablet alone for 2 days. I was surprised to find out that the battery had drained down to 20%, all done by an app called "android system" which I can't find back in the app list at all... really annoying, and really makes me regret my purchase at the moment as I am not keen on charging a battery very other day as it drains by itself without me using it... Have you experienced this too? If so, how did you fix it?

Yes, I basically did a factory reset and not done any updates since, nor removed any of the pre-installed software, and currently I am able of getting 11-12 hours out of the tablet no problem, and while it is on standby it hardly consumes any battery.

I want to warn potential Lenovo buyers. My experience is that Lenovo, in their great desire to deliver a good product (kek , kek), makes sure that their Lenovo trademark works on boot. After that they loose their desire to deliver anything much more than a eventually slow computer. My lenovo products work well but with each new update, my products begin to slow down and hang. When I reload my tablet to factory settings, it works well. That is until lenovo OS upgrades slow it down again. But the Lenovo trademark icon works perfectly well. It is apparent that Lenovo wants to remind you that this is a Lenovo product. I will not buy Lenovo or HP prodiucts because their updates eventually slow down the os. They do this to prompt you into buying a new product. Which I did, but not a Lenovo or HP.

@@thedeepbluesleep439 Oh where do I begin. First up it does have very good sound, everthing else no so much. Most of the he faults I've encountered are it android operating system really. The tablet itself is okay, not poorly made, I have knocked mine of the table and not damaged it so that's pretty good. If you have mastery of W10 you probably will be satisfied with this tablet, possibly even concider it good value for the money.

IMPORTANT I bought this tablet and am very disappointed with its general speed. Opening just the settings app takes like 2 seconds. I have updated to the latest firmware and then done a factory reset and it's still slow like I described. I'm not sure if there is something wrong with my model or if this is normal but I have the Australian version (128gb/4gb) I would suggest uninstalling any app you don't need and disabling entertainment space and maybe even the Google app (if you don't need it) to improve performance

@FishBeeProductions Truthfully it's my fault for not having researched before buying it. There's people on Lenovo website that complained about it and Lenovo acts as if you can and gives steps but only gives the option to set as external while their instructions say you should be able to select internal. Now I've written off Lenovo and Asus as tablet purchases and will stick to Samsung or easily rooted tablets that can take custom roms.

I was incredibly disappointed with this tablet, it's slow and laggy, keyboard is terribly slow and laggy and KZbin and other streaming apps constantly crash. It' completely unuseable. I ended up buying a cheap SGIN which performs much better than my my Lenovo.
