Not having finances, don’t worry Rome wasn’t built in a day, do it at your own pace and ability you will achieve your goal. Like you said what are our thoughts…?. I would have used the garage for another bedroom or distribute those squares M to the rest of the other rooms.

Yes… slowly we will get there. The garage will be turned into a bed and tiny bath. after council inspections are over. 🫣As 3 bedrooms are not allowed

I did get a BOQ, (next video). No set budget honestly because this is my first build so l don’t know how it will cost when all is said and done. (Everything is important and necessary)

For the same reasons l also dont like an open plan it keeps you busy. The kitchen needs to be tidy for an open plan aesthetic to be on point.
