Once you've unlocked the trophies and went back online, you might have noticed that the trophy is locked. You have to go to settings, saved data and game/app settings, game status and then sync with PlayStation network

Hello everyone, just wanted to confirm as of 5/25/20, this works. I didn't get it my first because I had 10 safe files, so I deleted all except the first one like it describes. I did it word for word and got my trophies. Also, I disconnected the Internet and didn't get any trophy, as soon as I plugged my WiFi back in, all my trophies came up: Crushing, Hard and Speedrun. Digital copies don't have a separate update download since a couple of months ago. The download includes the latest update.

Works. You don't even have to play the first level like in the video. Once you see the Henry Avery quote, just stop the game, save on the 2nd slot and exit. Level select should show up, just pick last level and play it. I just got the speedrun trophy and my platinum.

14/July/2020 I can confirm that it still works. Few things for those who are still trying: 1. It will only works if it is disk i tried digital I couldn’t stop it from downloading before ver1.4. 2. Don’t worry like I did about the stat. For me I kept checking the status and saw that it was over 30 hours (it will literally not affect anything for the trophy just worry about being able to get to the Epilogue). 3. If the epilogue don’t show up try and load the first save and then load again to save 2. If it didn’t work then just delete the save, close the game and do it all over again. Thanks JSkeleton I already started the speed run at chapter 10. But thank god this one worked. I hate games that ask to speed run or beat it in the highest difficulty (but don’t let you do that unless you beat the game first) these two are the worst type of trophies for me.

To the person who deleted the question and asked about “did the console keep rejecting the disk and get it out” yes it did because mine was corrupted. When I looked at the bottom of the disk I realized liquid that got to it and I never cleaned it. I try to wipe it but it was to late. Thankfully my friend gave me his just so I can get this one. Try and ask from a friend if you can borrow one. Good luck 👍🏻

To help anybody in 2022 and beyond going for the trophy this way just to let you know that version 1.00 takes about 30 minutes to load up the epilogue... The timer counting down will also freeze occasionally so don't panic, it will eventually load up you can be on your way. I was sweating seeing that loading screen and timer... Go make a coffee and chill while it does 😂

Glich works the 30th april 2020!! If you are having the problem that the chapters dont show up and you have followed everything perfectly, then try again but this time instead of playing till chapter 1, as soon as the game starts save and exit, i did this and worked for me, took me 4 tries, so dont worry if it doesn't work at first

Works with Legacy of thieves collection as well. But it might be buggy for some. I just did it, and every difficulty trophy popped, excepted the hard difficulty one. And the speed run trophy also popped even with my old game save at 11 hours. Odd.

Beat my first playthrough offline on 1.00 version , proceeded to continue with treasure from the last playthrough on crushing but the chapters aren't appearing after I save and quit should I try deleting the application and reinstalling? I did not delete it before doing the crushing first mission just assumed I didnt have to Edit: so I deleted the game and reinstalled and it gave me the option to choose the chapters this time , so even if you played it offline on 1.00 the first time you will still have to delete your app and reinstall to get the option to chapter select

l completed my first playthrough on HARD and did my second playthrough on Crushing. im currently going through on explorer to get my sharpshooter and speed run trophy. because after l finished crushing mode l heard about this trick and it doesnt work anymore. l deleted the game data and was reverted back to Version 1.00 l l disconnected the internet wifi so it didnt download the patches... my infinite ammo disappeared along with all my bonus stuff l unlocked. l still had my save 2 file save. followed all the steps, but the other chapters never unlocked after the prologue, when l quit to the main menu. l went to chapter select and it was still on chapter 1 and nothing else was there. so l dont know what thats about. but doesnt work anymore. and yes my version is the hard disc copy version. not digital download crap.

For anyone in the same situation. I completed on hard. Then started the game on easy for Speedrun trophy then saw this video. Started game on crushing, overwriting save game 2. Did exactly as the video but after going to menu, at chapter select the chapters were missing, so, I loaded the save game 1 again and the chapters appeared, then selected epilogue at crashing choosing to save at save game 2. Did it, unlocked crashing trophy BUT for some reason the Speedrun trophy was locked. Can't complain though :p Thanks much for the video, subscribed

Just tried this today. Deleted my game and disconnected from the internet. Confirmed I was running version 1.00 and followed the instructions in the video. I have a problem, because I do everything like in the video, but after saving in 1st chapter and going back to the menus I can only choose the first chapter in chapter select. It's version 1.00, I'm doing it on second save file, choose crushing (I've completed game once on Hard) and still nothing :( Weird thing is, that also I dont have option to choose shootouts (I did the Sharpshooter trophy glitch) because it disapears on my primary save. That's strange man... Hmm well for me Encounters didn't show either.. But the Chapters should. You've beaten the game fully on your 1st save? Maybe erase your 2nd save. Make sure your first save says "Continue Epilogue," before creating a New Game on a 2nd Save file? That might be it?

I played the whole game on 1.00. Played it through. Played the whole epilog and watched the whole credits. This save i took as my playthrough save. I could do the crushing glitch with this file but i cant do sharpshooter nor the speedrun, because my stats dont reset and i have no encounter select, just the chapter reset. I dont get asked keeping my player stats. It just asks me if i want to keep my bonus Treasures. So everytime i do this my playtime and my hitratio stays the same. Any suggestions? Thx for help!

So I started my first play through on version 1.0 (kept blocking the 1.13 update from installing) then it installed itself a few days ago somehow so I just finished my play through with 1.13 installed. Does this mean that I won't be able to do the Crushing exploit because my finished game save is on 1.13? I tried it last night and only the Speed Run trophy popped. Just wanted to verify. Thanks
