@Maroxa they really liked both of what we made. The mac cheese (the bacon one from the cookbook) was good but they said it didn't really taste like cheese but the nacho cheese... Oh that was a winner. We did dub out jalapeños for cajun spice and apple cider vinegar (we're not big jalapeño fans) but it tasted almost exactly the same as the original recipe and one of them didn't realise it wasn't actually nacho cheese from the shop.
