This simple watercolor painting is so fun! I started by applying a thin layer of clean water with a large brush. Then I went straight in with some pinks, blues, and purples in a wet-on-wet technique. For my brushstrokes I used loose lines that curved around the center and got shorter and more broken towards the edges. You will want to keep the curved lines more oval as opposed to circular. After the wet layer was dry, I went back with some more purple and blue for a wet-on-dry technique that makes a few of them stand out. Honestly, I probably did more than I needed to but it was so fun I couldn’t stop!
