Easy way to build bigger chest:
A. Flat Bench Chest Press
B. Incline Chest Press
C. Dumbbell Incline Chest
D. Dumbbell Incline flys
For A-D, weights should be increasing every set .
Maintain proper and same posture all sets.
12 Reps 1 set ( light weights)
10 Reps 1 set (still light but challenging)
08 Reps 1 set (changing weights from beginning)
06 Reps 1 set (More challenging from beginning).
E. Standing High Cable Flys
F. Machine Chest Flys.
For E and F, do 4 Sets of 10 reps.
For all exercises, start with light weight and increase the weight each set if possible. Otherwise, stick with the same weight till you get very comfortable with the current weight.
Know your limits,Don’t push beyond your limits to avoid injuries.
