Hey. So while I was using the weightless bait technique at the lagoon, I couldn't really feel or even see the bite when I let the bait fall on slack line. I would reel up the slack line and suddenly I'm hooked onto a fish, but other times there would be no fish; I can't find a concrete way of detecting a bluegill bite, and I felt like I missed a lot of potential bites because I couldn't see any indication of the fish biting. So how do you detect the bites?

Edwin Nah once your bait sinks all the way to the bottom, keep your line tight and watch for any little movement of your line. As long as you keep the line tight and set the hook on any little movement you feel, you should have a better hook up percentage.
