You need to apply for a job with Amazon customer service. I even described the card to them, and they never prompted me to open the top and remove the card. I thought I had lost $700. I was targeted in a text scam. I purchased the cards but figured it out before I sent them the card numbers. Now that I think of it, I wouldn't have known where to find the number! Be blessed!

I am sorry. I once lost money in a similar way. My card was not activated at the store. Again, I would call Amazon. How is it our fault if the store neglects to activate the card, or has another problem with the card they sold us? Rich
