All the projects that I came across via findaphd for funded projects states that it’s funded for national fee and the internationals need to cover the remaining fee. How can we cover the remaining fee in that case, for somebody who can’t afford such high expense?

Hi Dr Anima, I have a question. I have an unconditional offer for my PhD to start this year. Now I am looking for funding but all I can find is applications for particular PhDs with studentships attached. I was told to get an off then apply for funding, now it seems like it is the other way around. I am a home student and going into research in linguistic and neurodiversity. I have already approcahed my supervisor and the department. Could you suggest any other ways? I feel a quite lost.
