Note
If the Roll Cake is made from Cake flour, make sure to only slice the cake when it has completely cold. Leave it for at least 2 or 3 hours. I used to make it at night, then only slice it in the next morning.
While if the cake made from Pastry Flour, it’s best to slice the cake when it’s still warm.
So, I think it’s best to use Cake flour as we don’t have to keep an eye on the condition of the cake for the right slicing time.
