Easy XP Farm Method in Laboratory Dungeon - P4G (PC)
The best place to farm golden hands is in the fifth dungeon Secret Laboratory. In this dungeon you´ll have to go to the sixth floor. This floor is not random like the majority of the floors in Persona 4, so if you go straight forward in this floor, you are always going to find 3 shadows, and if none of these shadows is a golden hand, you are going to go back to the fifth floor and go to the sixth again until a golden hand comes up. It's also important to note that if you attack the golden hands on the first turn then they will run away.

Just a reminder there is a chest on floor 5 which always respawns upon changing floors so you can also possibly get those gold hands from there as well

To sum things up: B6F is always the same, it also always has these 3 chests that can potentially spawn golden hands, So when you reset B6F, you have chances to either get golden hands via chests, or via the ones that roam in the floor + In here golden hands spawn in groups of 4 mainly, so you can get lots of XP with this

They don't actually run away if you just attack them in the first turn, only if you bring them to less than 50% hp or debuff them in the first turn

Of course I'd need to be at lvl 99, this was a NG+ run and I was setting up for the Margaret battle. Also, by the time you hit Naoto's dungeon you should really already have Almighty damage attacks.

@@p2pselfpuppet796 Hmm, I would imagine so, since the golden hands are neutral to physical attacks. But I preferred using Almighty since they are actually weak to it. Rather than using heat wave though, I'd try and get Yoshitsune so you can use hassou tobi if you really want to use physical attacks.

To optimize this even more just use the sub-tactic menu to fast travel going up and down instead of actually using the stairs

It is rather easy to rng manipulate to force the gold hand spawns. It requires quitting and launching the game but probably still faster

There's one more shadow at your right + left after you get to the middle with the 3 shadows which is pretty close, might as well check that also, I got some gold hand kills there also

When in-game go to Pause > System > Change Difficulty. Then click on "Exp Won" and set it to more. Although I'm not sure if it works on your first playthrough, since I only ever used it myself on NG+.

@@Diffy_887 If you're playing on PC, you can customize the difficulty settings at any time. It's only the Vita version that requires you to beat the game before you can make a custom difficulty
