EASY YEAST ROLLS & SWEET CHILI CHICKEN! | COOK WITH ME | MOM OF FIVE

Hey family!!!! In today's video we're having a family cook out on Sunday evening and then on Monday I cook an easy Spring Supper! Even though it doesn't feel as much like Spring today... 🤣🌼💕
Yesterday's Video with the Orange Juice Bread:
• SPRING COOKING! | GRIL...
Yeast Roll Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup Water warm
3 and 1/4 cups White Flour
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Active Dry Yeast
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except for 1 cup of flour) in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix using a dough hook on low until combined.
Continue mixing about 5 minutes, gradually adding in the last cup of flour. Dough will be soft and just slightly sticky.
Turn out dough onto floured surface and knead two or three times, patting into ball shape.
Cover with kitchen towel and let rise 60-90 minutes, until doubled.
Turn onto floured surface and divide into 16 pieces. Shape into balls.
Place in greased 9x13 pan and cover with towel, allow to rise 45 minutes, until puffed.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until tops are golden brown.
Sweet Chili Chicken:
Here's what you need! Boneless chicken, salt and pepper to taste, any other seasoning you want to use. I used Smokey Mesquite. A little oil for the pan and Sweet Chili sauce, I used the great value kind.
Heat oil in large skillet. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and other seasoning. Cook chicken 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. When chicken is done pour sweet chili sauce over the chicken and let simmer for about five minutes, just long enough to warm the sauce.

Awe, Falon, I was so enjoying hanging out with y'all. Dog gone it. 🤣 That chicken looked so yummy! I miss chicken so much. I haven't bought chicken since last year. We have breading quail in order to raise quail as our main poultry source. Got them last September and they should start laying again soon. 🤞 By the way, in case you didn't know, you can take your rolls and put them in muffin tins for the second rise. Then split the top and wa la you have fancy dinner rolls. 😉🤦‍♀️🤗❤️

That food looks amazing.The time change threw me off bad this morning. I hurt my back and was in bed all weekend and I never saw anything about this being the spring forward weekend. I went out and it was still dark on my way to work after being light for the past 2 weeks. I figured it out but had to double check my phone to make sure I wasn't leaving an hour early or something.
