I have gone through sooooo many tutorials searching for help with this type of bag. None of them made sense and were geared towards bag makers who had already sewn lots of bags! Oh, my goodness yes. This is so wonderfully easier to follow than any i have found. My only change is im making straps with fabric and batting inside. My delightful.Christmas gift for my daughter. Thank you so so so much. I shall cherish this pattern always. I was just rewatching this video so i dont forget any wonderful steps in the making of this bag. I got to thinking they need to make awards for tutorials. I would give this tutorial a gold medal for the entire thing. Every single step was shown and not hurriedly. It was done so well. I was so afraid of putting in the zipper, but your way made it so easy. I want to get going on my daughters, and then i am going to work on one for my 22 yr old granddaughter. She works in the health care field as a overnight caregiver to autistic youg people who cant be alone at night. She takes an overnight type ugly bag to work and i think i can make her something much prettier. Thanks again for this timeless pattern UPDATE.... UPDATE. IM PUTTING THE FINISHING TOUCHES ON IT NOW. AND THE ZIPPER SCARED ME so much i wouldn't even attempt it for 2 weeks. But now it is done and I'm forever indebted to you. It was so much easier than I thought. A million HUGS
