At 0:21, it should be "that's the twin room, do they have a double room?". Single room: a room with a single bed that is intended for one person to sleep. Twin room - a room with 2 beds, where each bed can only accommodate 1 person. Double room - a room with 1 bed that can accommodate 2 persons.
