How to make variable power supply | 1 to 30 volt adjustable DC power supply | easy skill

In this video, we will create a variable power supply from which we can get 2 to 3 volts DC output from any transformer, Means it will be an adjustable power supply
This circuit will consist of only 6 components and which is also very easy to make. make assure to watch the video till the end so that you do not miss any technical point.
The complete circuit is in the video and the components list is as under
Transformer :1ampere
Diod : 1N4007 =7
capacitor: 1uf/50v =1
Capacitor: 10uf/50 =1
Capacitor: 2200uf =1
Resistor : 2.2K =1
Resistor 220 Ohm =1
LED = 1
IC: LM317 =1
