Great sales videos but useless in explaining how to set a temperature range to make the thing actually work. Very disappointed in our inability to make the damn thing work as well as our old $35 dollar controller.

Agreed. The stupid control is not very intuitive! And the manual and this video does not help with the simplest thing. That is changing it from Low heat 😟

Is there a way to set the unit to simply maintain heat? I would like to have it maintain 66° overnight in my RV. Just like setting thermostat in a house. Seems like a simple thing, but not at all clear in instructions and videos.

Not helpful for simple setting of temperature for the heater. Do the simple stuff! Not the complex rarely used features.
