还记得去年我种的百香果吗？就是那个别人4月开花它10月才开，果子才鸡蛋大就被霜打掉的那个磨人精！所以去年深秋就连根带泥挖进盆放温室里人工升温。今年气温过20度才挪出来连盆埋地里搭上架，等天凉又得搬回去。真的当小祖宗一样护着今年才算勉强正常挂果！第一次吃到藤上自然熟的百香果！也是不容易～
Remember the passion fruits I grew last year?
Others’ flower in April whereas mine in October.
And the egg-size fruits were nipped by frost. Alas!
I learned a lesson then,
and brought them inside in a pot in late autumn.
Dug out and put back on the supports outside,
when it was as warm as 20°C this spring.
Back into the pot inside again when cold spells came…
Oh là là. What a treasure fruit that consumes my passion!
This is the first time I eat tree-ripe passion fruit!
Life is so hard…

I love watching her. Her whole lifestyle is so appealing and satisfying. What is so strange to me though is the fact that 100s if people that watch her videos all live her lifestyle yet we are all so stressed and worried with the rush of day to day living. I know we can't all have a garden like she does but there are many ways we could simplify our lives but yet we stay caught up in this rat race! I would be the majority of us have a phone in our hands or on our person the majority of the day and that is a big part of the problem. We should all pick at least one that that simplifies our lives and make it a point to spend less time in electronic devices. It would truly be life changing. As you see, passion fruit pulp, lemon pieces and crystal sugar, boil on low heat until it's sticky. When the jam cools down, mix with honey. It will be OK to keeping jam in fridge. By the way, don't throw away the peels of the passion fruit, cut to pieces and bake to dry. It can be use for steeping peels tea, or stewing with meat. 2. Chicken feet. Many kinds of condiments: garlic, ginger, chili, passion fruit, lemon pieces, onion, salt, oil, soy sauce and parsleys, it's common to cook chicken feet in China, so she didn't description it. Maybe only chinese eat chicken feet. 3. Streamed brown suger bun. Knead dough mix with dried jujube pieces, yeast and brown suger water. After fermented for one hour, cut into segments and steam. 4. Fried black patatos. It's simple, stream then peel off, squash and fry. At last, she picked some waxapples maybe, some orange line tomatos(she said in her blog but I can't translate...) and a yellow watermelon. In the end she said: "Grandma, meal time!" Her grandma said: "Pretty good!" and laughed out loud.

This is just my guess but I think her videos are uploaded to many different platforms not just KZbin. So she don't want those extra few seconds of black screens in the end of her videos and don't want to do the extra work just for the youtube platform and have two sets of the same video.

In actuality her videos are posted mainly on those Chinese platforms such as Weibo and Bilibili - each of the videos on Weibo has at least 30M views (the top one got 210M views). With that said she has to prioritize users on those platforms higher than KZbin. Though I have the same complaint :)
