Im sure its tasty in a way, especially if you wish to have something sloppy. Imo it would benefit the composition to not stack different meats on top of each other but to focus more on what pairs better with each cut. I would honestly prefer just mortadella and other pairings and prosciutto with different pairings on another sandwich. I dont know, maybe people like it thay way
