Eat Like A Chef: Kaohsiung

Chef André Chiang of two-MICHEIN-starred restaurant RAW in Taipei has invited his good friend and chef of MICHELIN-starred MONO in Hong Kong, Ricardo Chaneton, for a trip in the charming and sunny city of Kaohsiung in southern Taiwan, a place that also reminds them so much of Southern France.
