I like all the details you put in about ingredients, who can eat it, pricing. Very nice.

Hi TripDressings. Another nice clip. Hope all is well in Fukuoka. The seafood spaghetti looks very good and kimchi is never wrong. I make my own kimchi here in Romania. Doria looks great, used to eat doria in Saizeriya, but this one seems a notch better. The tonkatsu with curry seems excellent. I make Japanese curry often, both with beef and with tonkatsu. Have the luxury of a Korea/Japan shop nearby with S&B products and much more. I only miss fresh mentaiko, natto and some veggies like yamaimo. Have good days, arigato!

The American 7-Elevens don't hold a candle to those in places like Japan and Singapore. My local store has a handful of ready-made subs and sandwiches. And some hot foods like chicken wings and pizza. That's about it.

same in Europe. In Sweden you can maybe get a hot dog or some sweet bread. 7-Eleven does not exist in Romania, but we have good alternatives at business hours. I miss "my" 7-Eleven in Nakasu, Fukuoka where we lived for many years. We got to know the family who ran it and sometimes they gave us gifts like tea cups and some free ice cream. Konbinis in Japan is a totally different thing than in the US and Europe.
