I like what she says about the vegetables. I my self, struggle a lot to become a vegetarian. In my country , Argentina, everything is about MEAT. So, becoming a veggie person is not easy and you dont have the same options as the US for example. I do eat flour, croissant and all of that and I'm always TIRED!.. I am from Bolivia so it is similar but if you make the effort you will fell so much better. With a little research I figured out a few places with Vegan food, where to get the freshest veggies and even make my own milk with Brazil Nuts ( we just call them almendras here). You can do it!

how did you do it? because I've been vegetarian for ages and whenever I try to go vegan the transition is super hard

It's not hard at all, it took me 9 days, but it was like I didn't eat meat after watching Gary Yourofsky speech and after that I watched vegan gains videos, and I ate just mocarella cheese for like 8 days and on the 9 day I ate white bread with nutella. That was my last dairy meal. I wasn't planning on going vegan or anything but I just couldn't eat that anymore, my conscience just told me to stop doing that, so 10 day I woke up and first thought in my mind was "since today I will be vegan". There is everything vegan, mayonaise, ice cream, yogurts, cheese etc. Just buy those. It tastes amazing.
