In this episode of EB VS, we challenge Adria to re-create the everyone's favourite classic Subway cookies! Will she succeed in replicating their famous cookies? Stay tuned to find out!

Full recipe:
Double Chocolate Chip
1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
2. Add softened butter and granulated sugar in a bowl, and mix till smooth.
3. Then, add in the brown sugar and mix till combined and pale.
4. Add in a splash of vanilla extract and a room temperature egg, and mix .
5. Sift plain flour, cocoa powder and baking soda into the mixture.
6. Fold but don’t overwork the mixture.
7. Once done, add in white and milk chocolate chunks.
8. Roll the cookie dough into a ball and place it onto the pan lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each ball.
9. Bake it in the oven (preheated to 170 degrees Celsius) for 12 minutes.
*For the White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie, swap out the white & milk chocolate for white chocolate chips & macadamia nuts. Remove the cocoa powder as well.

To ensure a chewier cookie chill the dough in the fridge for at least 1hr !! If u can wait best is to chill the dough for 1-2 days. I accidentally chilled my dough for 2 weeks straight and it was legit soft and chewy

I think Chiara would be a good fit for this series too! Anddd not sure if I’m the only one who felt like subway has recently tweaked their cookie recipe - the one I had recently was really crumbly. Haha

@ the PD who said the oatmeal raisin is lame, you are the lame one lah 😂 the texture is pretty good, crunchy and gooey, sweet but not that sweet, whereas most of the other cookies have a sandy and chewy texture and they’re overly sweet. Pretty much I would only go for oatmeal raisin ever if I were to buy from subway
