the chiku needs to be really ripe in order for you to appreciate it. if it's not ripe, you would see it would have that white stuff coming out from the skin when you peel it with a knife. tastes like glue.

Snake fruit when ripened properly, is subtlety sweet. It’s interesting that so many of our native fruits are perceived as ‘exotic’, whereas the real exotic fruits are actually apples, oranges and berries because they’re not from our part of the world.

Chiku is also known as sapodilla or sapote, which is actually my favorite fruit. I also like strawberriea, starfruit, passion fruit, sumo oranges, tangerines, mandarins, lemons, pineberries, golden berries and a lot of exotic fruits. I hate bananas apples grapes and blueberries. It’s a texture thing.

I love most fruits, i am neutral towards some fruits like apple and starfruit, have not tried snake fruit and feijoa. Most other fruit tastes really good.

Dragon fruit doesn't even has a strong scent. What did she even puke? Just realised that chiku has that sandy texture. But the sweetness 🤌🏻 Surprised Chow & Amanda not fond of it Where's jackfruit's cousin, *cempedak* ? That one even has a stronger scent + slimy + soft
