The village of Zdvizhivka, northwest of Kyiv, between Borodyanka and Katyuzhanka, spent more than a month under Russian occupation. Here was the largest camp of Russians in the Kyiv oblast. At least 6,000 Russian occupiers stayed in the area for a month.
Despite this, Zdvyzhivka itself was almost unharmed. At the time of the occupation, according to local father Vasyl, there were about 800 inhabitants. Locals left the place in several columns of cars, without "green corridors" - some cars in neighboring villages came under fire, there are victims. After the liberation of Zdvyzhivka, two former servicemen, members of the anti-terrorist operation, were found tortured and killed here. And on the local farm, the occupiers ate and killed almost all the animals - only two ostriches survived, who now run around.
After the occupiers, kilometers of dugouts, a lot of rubbish, Russian shells scattered everywhere, memories of a "humanitarian aid" with leaflets from OMON (the riot police) and the propaganda press with articles "Nazism is burned by sharp fire" remained in Zdvyzhivka.
