@Hope...M2 сағат бұрын
That's positive. I'm saying it's positive thing to go to the source if we can. You can buy some cloves in the seasoning aisles at grocery store. This is a trick that helps get rid of the garlic smell rather than having a go use mouthwash or brush your teeth right after eating it. A person can still do that. Clove in your cheek and just swallowing the juice is good for you because it has nutrients but also it will get rid of bad breath from garlic or basically anything. There's so many natural blessings just in nature itself. I'm glad you're doing this because I also use garlic and it's helped with my blood pressure. If you like beets, I don't really like them, they will also help with blood pressure and heart. You can get beet supplement with naturally occurring nitric oxide. You knows he mentioned the thing about nitric outside when speaking about garlic in this video above? Honestly, I did not know anything about the nitric oxide from garlic. I knew it was good for longs, blood pressure, cholesterol, heart and a long list but I never knew it created natural nitric oxide. My dad has congestive heart failure and he is taking beetroot gummies that he got on Amazon. I think it was six and a half bucks for a 30 day supply if you take two a day like the instructions. Some people just take one a day but still you might want to check with your doctor. I know I'm giving a lot of information that you probably already know but I like to get suggestions and give suggestions if I can... Keep on with the garlic. If you take any prescription meds for your heart or high blood pressure then ask your doctor if the beat root, or even better if you like beets. ❤

Great info as always Doc! We crush enough garlic to fill up about ½ to ¾ of a Ball jar, then pour raw local honey over it, stir, place something over the top without tightening it down to let any gasses escape, and just let it sit out for a week or two before we start taking it. Definitely helps cut down on the spiciness. Been taking a spoonful of it every morning for the past few years, literally haven't gotten sick since, even when around someone who is obviously sick.

@antman74316 сағат бұрын
@krystal3822 it's just a basic canning jar, the brand is called Ball Mason jar. Ours is approximately 16oz, but they come in various sizes. First we press enough garlic to fill the jar ½ or ¾ full of just the garlic. For our 16oz jar it takes maybe 30-40 cloves (I'm guessing) Then pour the honey so that fills the jar and then mix the garlic in. There's plenty of videos on KZbin and Instagram if you search " Garlic Honey ". Some people slice their garlic and put it in. I don't like doing it that way because the pressed garlic is easier to swallow with the honey then swallowing slices.

Garlic Tip: Buy the pre-peeled whole garlic cloves. To preserve the shelf life, fill a pint size Ball jar halfway with the cloves, then add honey to top off the jar. The Honey itself has acidic antimicrobial and prebiotic properties that safely ferment the garlic while limiting growth of harmful pathogens - as long as they stay COVERED with the honey. Lasts for months. 🧄🧄🍯🐝

I chop it into tiny pieces, say 1/16" squares, and then sprinkle it on my already cooked food. In this manner as you chew, the garlic gets cushioned by the food and so, you don't smush the garlic in your mouth, so you don't release its pungent flavor as you eat. Scrambled eggs, pizza, steak, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, pork chops, sandwiches, literally any food. Cushion it with food and you don't taste it or at least it isn't pungent! I do this always (sprinkle finely chopped garlic on my foods), you can barely notice the garlic that you've added into your diet. You can sprinkle it on pretty heavy too. Try it you'll like it, it works!
