Yay! I've learned a lot of 'conversational English from watching Lunch Breaks. I was once asked for directions as I was leaving from university after a 2,5 hour lecture in English and I somehow just didn't have the words to answer simple questions or have a casual talk. So I went to KZbin, had Lunch Break in my mentions and went with it - at first mainly because Wes reminded me of my brother, but like really a lot, it kind of felt like tripping to watch this dude on the other side of the world acting and talking like my brother - and now it's part of my weekly routine.

I think discovered Lunch Break with the How to Tell Someone "I Like You" episode (I think it's also the one I've seen most times, my favourite one along Lie Detector Test), caught up with the rest while avoiding real life duties and since then I have watched every episode. I binge watched during the first months of the pandemic, so I guess I saw every episode. You guys kept me sane during those difficult times last year. I was alone at home, was exposed to a coworker who died in March 2020 (thankfully, I and others in our floor were not infected), and aside from daily prayers and devotions, your videos literally entertained me (and gave me my daily dose of laughter, kilig (giddiness in English), and feel-good vibes! Thank you, and bless you all! PS: The first video I saw was the one with Simu (Meeting Mommy), because I was searching for videos of him.
