Charis, you cook so well👍👍👍 I’m Chinese but I ❤️❤️❤️ cabbage, radish, cucumber, and spring onion kimchi. Will deep fried seaweed to goes well with everything and soya sauce crab. For cooking it’s very important to get the right pan & etc it’s really make a lot of difference.

I marinate my steak with Montreal Steak Seasoning and Teriyaki Sauce. Only needs about 30 minutes. So good.

Terrible two maybe tiring but that's the most fun time. Haha.. and yeah, IKR... While it is fun to have your own time to do your own stuff, I can't do without my kids too... Such a delicate balance.... A few days without them and I'm like feeling so empty... I rather have them everyday and just away for a couple of hours, rather than days!!! I made kimchi last year during quartine thinking it would be good for gut health, and I have a half jar left in the fridge for almost a year, and I know it is ok to eat but is the aged one better than the freshly made ones?

My fave Korean dishes are anything with kimchi. Fried rice, stew, etc. my son loves those too even though he does eat much Korean food….mostly because my husband is Caucasian and doesn’t really like Korean food so I don’t cook it much. The 총각김치 is my fave but my husband says it smells the strongest. Lol
