I think Ole Red doesn’t focus on their food, their selling point is the vibe from the live music, the nice rooftop bar with the fountain view, so the cooking is probably inconsistent from shift to shift. That’s the general impression from other Ole Red locations from what I heard.

Thankfully, an objective and honest reviewer who isn't afraid to tell it like it is! I wouldn't say I'm a picky eater but I'll certainly call it like I taste it. I thought 16k subs after 2 years was a really good number and I'm happy with the growth of the channel but I do appreciate the sentiment! I've had some desserts and sodas comped in prior videos, and 1 full video that was comped but I'll always disclose that's the case. But honestly, my opinion can't be bought. Even if the meal was comped, I'll still call it like I taste it. Thanks for watching!

Yes, after reviewing the final product, I can say I'm definitely more of a fan of my original live reaction style but there are some restaurants where it's just not possible and I have to literally yell for my mic to pick up anything and it doesn't make for a good audio experience. As always, an excellent and honest review by Shin, who is my favorite reviewer of Vegas eats. The one burger that interests me, altho it's super expensive, is the Hell Right Prime Burger. At $30, which is an insane price for a burger, it nonetheless sparks my curiosity based on the ingredients.

Yeah, for one, I didn't get to try as many of the dishes that I actually wanted due to them being out of stock. I'd much rather review a mahi mahi taco than a mushroom one and I'd rather be trying some ribs than a corn salad lol. That said, I still think a few of the recipes here could use some tweaks. I will say though that the vibes are awesome at the Ole Red and I'll definitely be returning for some fries and drinks while listening to the live music. I love the energy in there. I would be embarrassed if I was Blake Shelton charging those prices for less than stellar appetizers. I doubt if he even knows what is going on. It is sad to see people pay just to say they went to Blake Shelton's bar and restaurant. Customers deserve better when shelling out good money. It's running much more smoothly now. Kitchen is far more consistent, we just needed to actually be open for a few months to get into the swing. One 1000sq ft kitchen pumps out all the food but they're on their A game now and we've made some menu changes 🙏🏻🤟🏻

It was two fold. One, they were missing so many items I wanted to try. They were 100% out of all seafood for the evening and the ribs and brisket were also 86'd. So I was already trying foods like black bean sliders and mushroom tacos which wouldn't have been my first choice. I think I personally prefer my original style so the voice overs are likely only going to happen for restaurants where I have to shout for my mic to pick up my voice. The Ole Red is a great hang out place. It's such a vibe. Thanks for watching!

If I were a restaurant owner, your reviews would be priceless to me. I am loving your choice of words to describe the food in its entirety via voice over. Have you seen Blake’s show on TV called “Barmegeddon”? It’s on USA. It’s a fun show where he invites people that have crazy videos that go viral. (Usually an injury video). He also invites celebs and pairs them with the KZbinrs to play quirky games for competition in his bar. It’s a good show that guarantees some laughs. I don’t understand why most grand opening restaurants never have enough food. Hopefully they will iron out all the kinks and I really hope Blake or whomever listens to your review. Those Tavern nachos at Foutain Bleu sure are getting a lot of press. About Ole Red what stood out for me is that the wood blocks used for the sliders and tacos is unsustainable. The wood and its finish just won't hold up to necessary ware washing used in a place with that kind of volume. With the close ups on the tacos it was obvious the taco holders were filthy dirty.
