Brennan even if you make your own horchata there is residue at the bottom. I make my horchata homemade EVERY single time and everything settles at the bottom and needs to be stirred every time you take a serving!

The best Mexican restaurant I've ever eaten at was close to my place in Webb City, MO about 20 years ago. The kind of place where you didn't really feel comfortable eating a bit of food that fell off your plate onto the table... Didn't care. One. Single. Bit. Food was bangin, people were amazing... best tacos al pastor i've ever had. Only thing i miss about Missouri. Sketchy restaurants are a whole thing, good on you guys.
