Eating at the BEST and WORST-Rated chicken shop in London!!!

Today I travelled to the best rated chicken shop and worst rated chicken shop in London, surprisingly they were both dixy chicken branches! I know! The locations are:
- Best rated - Dixy Chicken, 646 Lea Bridge Rd, London E10 6AP
- Worst rated - Dixy Chicken, ‪258 Rainham Road South, Dagenham RM10 7UU‬

I think you should go in not knowing which one was rated good or bad, so you go in with no expectations so you can rate them with no other opinions and at the end of your rating you can compare with the rating of others. Just a thought.

thing is theres alot of tells which may infer which ones are "good" and "bad". One of which is the Hygiene rating that all these restaurants display at the front shop window

I feel like you’re being too critical and trying to match the reviews. I think the dixys one actually looked pretty decent for that price. How do you know for certain it was ‘yesterdays chicken oil’ even then the ‘better shops’ change the oils once in a couple days

hands down the worst chicken shop and the best chicken shop are on the same road. on blackstock road (fpk) theres 2 pfcs, one with a white sign, and one with a red. the white pfc is horrible. the food is horrible, its dirty, and its wayy overpriced. once i went there (when the other one was closed) and ordered wings, only to see the guy drop the wings and put them back in the box. i immediately left. the other pfc (red) is always packed, clean, and the food is amazing. and the customer service is amazing, they always give you loads of extra wings and chips and sauces on the house 😍😍

You need to try Royal Wings Hut on Dagenham road. Their wings are the best. It’s the nicest chicken shop in the whole of Dagenham.

Whenever u pop into Manchester take a trip to Miami crispy Manchester 17 lane end road it’s the best and as ur a wing lover u need to try their wings but their burger is so succulent u need to try it and make a video when u are there trust me it’s the best recommendation

I hope there was no blood in that mayo when you mentioned iron and metallic taste is pretty much the same description flavour like blood ... ( however I know that's a very low chance unlikely) its probably from the chicken or metallic taste from whatever metal fryer they used probably just needed to replace oil or clean fryer .....hopefully 🍀🤞

The first ‘worst rated place’ is my local dixies. I’d say deffoe never trust google as we’ve never had a problem, been ordering for years, the pizza is also delicious. Wings can be very small however they are always spicy and well seasoned x I was suprised to see it on here tbh! 🙂
