I think you should do your own take on pierogies 🤔 you could do 2 or 3 different fillings. Handmade/homemade good pierogies are up there for most delicious foods out there. And my all time favorite sandwich/sub/hoagie is a cheesesteak. And living in PA I can promise you not many places do it like philly. I live in Pittsburgh and I’ve been to philly 2 times and I have yet to have a cheesesteak as good as any joint there
