The specific chips he’s talking about in this video are called totopos which are tortilla chips..any other chips like lays or Cheetos can be called papas fritas and that can also be for French fries. Nachos are when they have cheese or meats/sour cream and guacamole on them. I know we all have our own way of calling things and that’s okay.
