I worked at sunrise twice two separate occasions. Majority of the food comes frozen in plastic bags, including the oxtail, and then it gets heated on the stove, and then into the warmers for display. Some restaurants add their own seasonings to it and some leave it as is the food in the morning is more fresh because the ackee, mackerel and stuff like that Has to be made out the can. The dough for the dumplin and festival comes already packaged. lol

I worked at Sunrise in Brampton, all the customers loved me, I got tips all the time … one time someone told me I gave the best customer service at a Sunrise which made me very happy to make others have a great experience, in terms of the food I also tried my best to make it satisfying😁
