YES you can have multiple menus serving out of one location. they're clled DIGITAL RESTAURANTS and you can create them on most food delivery apps to cater to niche markets or to highlight specific menus items

When meat gets slimey and sloppey it means it has gone off... the sourness is most likely from the sauce and meat and the cheese would taste like mold if it was old cheese just gets moldy so most likely the sause and meat thst has made it sour... they have put too much fat or oil or butter wherever they heated up thst sandwich. The other sandwich with the hard bread is due to the fact that it is just old bread thats gone hard instead of moldy. So most likely has been toasted prier that is why it is so fuckig hard lmao
