As a ayurvedic student as per the information i have about chywanprash containing lead and Mercury...it doesn't affect the body rather acts as medicine because ayurveda has rasaushadi i.e medicines prepared out of many minerals and major one is mercury i.e parada but only after purification (shodhana) of minerals as per traditional methods

Akangshaa ke alawa the other two girls were so irritating. They might be good in some other works behind the camera but they’re not good at what they did on the camera. It was quite obvious that they were trying to sound funny but couldn’t. Pehle ke videos mein jo energy hua karta tha , Woh iss mein missing hai. As usual, Kanishk and Akangsha were fabulous. Kaustubh’s presence for a few seconds was more enjoyable than the presence of the rest of the people in this video (excluding Kanky & Akangsha).

Yaar koi in angrejo ko samjhao ki chavanprash is an ayurvedic preparation.. Ayurveda mein bas lind nahi isse bhi bhaut harmful metals ko purify krke use krte hai... purification of metals is not a easy game and only ayurved has that skills and that is the only reason inspite centuries ayurved has not died and modern medicine has to launch new strands of antibiotics every 10-15 yrs....
