You might be from Delhi so you dont understand taste of Maharashtra 1. Mamledaar Misal..is famous even among politicians like Raj Thackeray you have no clue what is used in Misal its not red color so if you dotn know Misal dont review it or better take a cook with you to understand flavours better. Also you can add rassa/tarri this dish is heaven and if spiced with tarri its extreme khatarnak😅 2. Same for Vadapav in MH vadapav includes chutney and in Pune and Mumbai we dont add extra fire in street food ...this food is consumed by people daily hence the taste is regular. You need to research before becoming food vlogger.
