I have seen your videos pop up in my box for some time. I wasnt sure I wanted to watch this because I was scared. but I just finished watching the video of before you went to treatment . I cried. i said the same.. once I get to this place, once I do this, I will be better. I hope one day in my 25 years so far I'll have the strength to go to therapy. Good to hear how things are going for you. I was just watching a video you made last year about holding trauma in the body, and in it you spoke about rarely having felt truly safe in your life. I would love to hear where you're at with that now. It's what I think is at the root of all my own issues, and I'd be interested to hear how that features for you and whether you have made any progress with it, and if so, how you did that and what you've found helpful.
