Everything looks so cute and tasty! Haha, that's how I feel too; they're sometimes too cute to eat and when you finally take the plunge you internally go "ahhh" as you cut into the cute foods head. Happy you liked it! Hope you get to try it one day soon.

You might be correct! I don't eat sage leaves so it was unusual to me in appearance and taste.
