@@aarya3127 I never know. I've heard claims that the videos are all scripted and I think some of it's scripted but some of it's transparent. Also with certain exceptions, the 24 hour challenges never last a full 24 hours. It's understandable if she ate off camera because genuinely not eating for 4 days could do a lot of damage, both physically and psychologically.
