Pregnancy is a sacred time, but it can also be one of the most challenging experiences. It may lead to new cravings or habits, such as eating unhealthy foods, which could potentially harm your health and even signal underlying depression. During this time, it’s important not to be overly hard on yourself or use your struggles as a form of self-punishment. Instead, focus on doing your best and sharing your feelings with your husband and family-they can provide the support you need. I’ve seen many pregnant women blame themselves and fall into depression. While pregnancy is undeniably difficult, bringing a new baby into the world is a beautiful and rewarding experience. You’ll find joy in your child’s presence, and after a long day of work, simply seeing your little one can help lift the burdens you carry.

Hello! BBC! I here have 2 questions for this video. 1. I have learned that the word 'body' has 2 pronunciations. It is a little bit difficult to write down here. One is 'Her body structure is very attractive'. Next one is 'They brought the body back to their house'. How do you distinguish the pronunciation difference between those 2 words? 2. One more word is 'often'. Do I need to elide 'T' here or not? I'm very proud of myself for speaking in British English.

That pronunciation of "salmon" is so tricky. "L" is silent, but it is not just skipped. It's still something like a spot for the letter.

Anna and Luther got married last year and Anna started eating for two lately. One of her change is binge eating. She is easy to get hungry and her appetite goes haywire. Her husband says that she used to be not paticular about food. The food she doesn't like can be count on one hand. But recently there are so many things she does not like to eat. Due to the increasing level of hormone, she gets mad easily sometimes and has more arguements with Luther. However, everytime after the squabble she gave herself a hard time.Fortunately, after the baby was born, everything was going back to normal. The family of three lived happily ever after.

Pregnancy and birth process aren't easy.Women's body gives all of the things she can give and it can almost cause some problems with mother.Making vitamins is important. When you're pregnant but you don't have vitamins like b and c.It affects hair and nails.Caring for yourself is what we as women must do all the time. After giving birth, mom needs some rest to have more energy and relive stress level.
