Authentic indeed Sophie….I have never tried Frog before…and I don’t think I would try, although I would be curious…so it was intriguing to watch you eat and hear your thoughts ….the comparison to frog tasting like a sausage was interesting…In my mind, I imagined the consistency and taste to that of chicken…I’m glad you enjoyed it though….the dessert looked really nice also ❤
