I went out to gather giant oysters. Giant oysters can be hard to find.
I'll be eating them with a spicy seafood sauce, and papaya salad as a side dish.

Go to a high south eastern asian population in canada. I know for sure there are some cities there packed with laotians and thai, hmong, and vietnamese people. Over there they'll have more authentic asian stores where you can find the papaya salad she's eating, the sauces, chili oils, fermented sauces and vegetables. Although to be honest most things here are often times acquired tastes and have pungent smells most western people can't handle. But they are certainly delicious and I know a handful of western people that do love our food!
