Home food in India is lot healthier compared to outside food. Consumption of much oil and ghee is either avoided or eaten very less compared to outside food. Non veg is mostly eaten in weekends. Rest of the days only veg. David mostly had eaten Pakistani food . Only one meal is Indian. 🙂
