Samosas usually come with a green mint chutney(sauce) and a sweet tamarind chutney (sauce). You should try that next time.

Yes samosas are already a filling snack so one must eat it with sweet tamarind sauce and mint sauce... & btw that gravy has cream & powered spices in it that is why the texture and colour is like that..!

Suggestions for future Indian food mukbangs (all north indian vegetarian): malai kofta (creamy gravy dish with round dumplings it has a slight sweetness to it), rajma(kidney bean dish), kardi (chickpea flour and yogurt based dish with fried dumplings), daal makhni (creamy lentils), pakora (appetizer: fried fritters that can be made with onions, cauliflower, or potatoes dipped with green mint or tamarind sauce), puri or bathura (fried bread)which is best paired with chole(chickpea dish), boondi raita ( yogurt with fried bits), pao bhaji (buttered buns with buttered potatoes cooked with lots of tomatoes and spices, great comfort food)
